Athletics, should I be happy or sad?

Hey there bloggers, I am back from my holidays and I am excited and nervous about what's coming up and if you have seen the title it is about athletics. Athletics is one of y favorite competition that we have at school but I am also feeling a bit nervous! Athletics is a range of skills you need, you need speed, "Jumpy-ness" Muscules and be able to jump long. The activities are Sprints, long distance, Shot put, discus, long jump, and high jump. I like high jump the best because it gets harder and harder each time and you can tell whether you beat the high score or not.

Last time I went into Zones for Shot put, but this year I want to go in for High Jump or Discuss. They are my favorite ones! But to be able t go in for HIgh Jump, I need to jump at least, 1.05 meters, I think I might be able to et in for that but for discus it's 750g and we have to throw 16m which is long.

To be able to achieve my goal, I will try lot's and practice whenever I can and whenever we have practice with the whole class, I will try my best and to be able to make my self-jump higher, to be able to jump high, I will do it's of jumping and running and throwing heavy stuff around to make arm be used to when I throw the discus.

Image result for Bye gif png pixelIf I get in for something else or don't even go to zones, it doesn't really matter because at least I tried my best and maybe next year I could go to zones if I didn't go this year. I will also be doing a blog post once we actually have our athletics and tell you all about it but for goodbye and I hope that you all had a fun and happy holidays! See you next time
