I thought that it was going to be tricky but it was really easy and at first, we were on our knees and we were paddling and then we had to stand up. We paddled and paddled and paddled! It was so much fun and tricky because we had to make sure that the board is balanced so it doesn't tip and so that we don't fall into the lake. We paddled from one end of the lake to the other and I did well apart from bumping into bushes. We paddled for more and then we had to swap over and we had to go on the big board altogether but I was really hungry so we had lunch and then we swapped over.
After we had lunch, we went on the big board altogether which was fun but really tiring because your hands get tired easily. We were paddling and something tricky that we had to do was stand up altogether which was hard because there were like 6 people on the board and we had to stand up. Grace fell in because Ariana pushed her in and we didn't even know until she started shouting so we had to paddle back to her and then she had to get on. We had life jackets so we wouldn't drown so she swam her way to the board.
We then had a race where we would be split up and then we had like a relay but on the big board. On the first one, we were winning but then the other team speed up and the 2nd relay people for our team went the wrong way. But we still did a great job and it was really fun! We then had to change our clothes and we had to go back to school! The day was great and I hope that we go paddleboarding again!
