Creative Response

Hey Bloggers, I'm back!

Today I am going to be sharing my Novel Study work but I am going to be sharing the second part which is the creative part! Last term, the Novel Bunch, (MY GROUP) were doing Novel Study and the other groups were doing school Journal or what they would do and in that time was to answer the questions, and complete 3 activities based on a couple of chapters. There were 2 books, 'My Sister Lives On The Mantelpiece' the book that I read and 'The Boy In The Striped Pajamas'. 

This Term the whole class apart from 1 group, is doing Novel Study. We all chose a book and we had to read it. We then had to write a summary for each one, answer 3 critical questions which have to be different for each chapter, find words that we don't understand from that chapter, write the meaning and then we have to also do the Even or Odd activity depending on what the chapter is. If it's an odd chapter, then we had to find 4 Verbs, 4 Nouns, 4 Adjectives and 4 Syllables that have 3 or more syllables. We have to complete these for each chapter.

Once we have done that, we then do the second part to it. We have to then make a story web, illustrate a main character and a character that was like a secondary character I guess or a Protagoras and an antagonist, write a problem and the solution to it, characters that have changed and a book review.

The book that I was reading is Called Parvana.
