Reasons why I want to try...

Hey bloggers, I'm back!
Today is the I think the 10th day of the holidays and the Spring Learning Journey including the weekend after school finished. If you don't know what the Spring Learning Journey is, it's basically where we do activities during the holidays to earn points which then get added up when the holidays are over but its not just that because we learn more things as well and although we learn every day, we learn even more and we won't forget the things that we learnt at school while we're off traveling and going to places. When the holidays are over, so is the competition and your points then get added up. You either come 1st, 2nd or 3rd or if you have done more than 6 or more activities, then you also get a small prize as well.

Okay, now for today I have decided to do activity number 6 which is where I have to make a google drawing of a food I haven't tried but I want to. I have chosen Avocado because I haven't tried it and I really want to try it as well because it has many proteins and has multiple benefits as well. I have included 3 of them in my google drawing.

Here is my work, I hope you enjoy! If you have any questions, then please ask, otherwise, until next time goodbye!

Question: Whats something you haven't tried that you want to and why?

  1. Kia Ora Parwin,
    Its Grace here,
I really enjoyed your blog post because you explained really well why you want to try avocado and some feedback about other people's opinion on it aswell.

I personally love avocado, I love how you added a lot of facts about avocado and what it does.
Some of the facts I never knew about.

I can see that created one of the drawings of the avocado its really good.

I hope that you like the avocado and maybe you could post or reply to my comment if you have tried if you liked it!

To Improve you could put his onto a slide and maybe put the facts on a slide and different things about it.

But apart from that its really good
    Keep p the great work!

    1. Hey Grace, thanks for commenting on my blog!

I did try Avocado and I really liked it because it tasted really nice and I was sort of expecting it to taste a little different like a little plain I guess but it was delicious!

I would of put it on a different slide but it says to do it on a google drawing which is why I did it on a google drawing like it said.

Thanks for commenting on my blog,

  2. Hi Parwin,

I LOVE avocado!!!!! It is so delicious. I knew it was good for you but your blog post has given me far more information about its health benefits than I knew. I often have them with my breakfast because it helps me feel full for longer. You can make lots of good things out of avocado including chocolate mousse. You should try and make some. I think you would love it.

Something you could do to improve your blog post is make some of your poster details more factual than conversational.

    Thanks
    Mrs Spragg

    1. Hello Mrs Spragg, thanks for commenting on my blog!

I understand why you love it because it's really nice! I never actually knew that you could have it with chocolate mousse but that's defiantly something that I will try! I will make sure to make my details for factual than conversational next time.

Again, thanks for commenting on my blog,

  3. Kia ora Parwin, I'm Amelia from Yaldhurst Model School. (As you know.)

I liked the way you explained what the spring learning journey is and what you wanted to try.

This reminded me of when I did this activity except I did mine about wanting to try celery.

To improve, you could always add different colours and seperate your reasons.

Why do so many people want to try avocado?

    Bye Parwin!

    -Amelia 😉
