Naming foods in alphabetical order!

Hey bloggers, I'm back!
Today is the 5th day of the Spring Learning Journey AND the 4th day of the holidays. If you don't know what the Spring Learning Journey is, its like these activities that we complete over the holidays to earn points and its not just that because when there isn't any school, we don't really study and forget most of the things that we have learnt but when we do the Spring Learning Journey, we stay the same through out the holidays.

Now, for today, I am going to be doing activity 9 which is name foods in alphabetical order. Now, as you know, this was pretty challenging because who can think of a food that begins with X?! Now, I'm being honest, I did do some research because I couldn't think of some foods that begin with those letters like X and V!

But after some time, I finally finished! I decided to do it simply and just do it on Google Sides.
Here is my work, I hope you enjoy! If you have any questions then please ask, otherwise, goodbye!

Challenge: Can you think of a food that begins with V but different from what I did. Also, do you think Vinegar is counted as food because it says it is, what do you think?

  1. Hi Parwin,

I think you are winning at the moment. You have so many activities completed and they are mostly to a really high quality.

In terms of this activity you have a great list. And yes, vinegar is definitely a food item. I wonder if you could have had put a little bit more effort into your slide? Or maybe you feel it was ok.

Keep working on your Spring Learning Journey!

  2. Hey Parwin,
I have been loving reading your posts, I subscribed to your blog so I get them as emails! This one had me intrigued though so I thought I would leave you a comment! I do think vinegar is more of a flavour but I guess it could be food? Another flavour food could be vanilla icecream!!! Keep up the great work!

  3. Kia Ora Parwin,
    Its Grace
I really enjoyed this blog post ,
I love how you explain what the Spring Learning Journey is .
This reminded me when I did this and we have a lot of different foods.

Plus in slide you explained well,
To improve I would say to maybe make the slide more different and design a little more so it POPS and more people want to look at it
Plus you could maybe use a link to the site with all the activities.

I do think the vinegar counts
I would think of vegetables but I don't think that would count because its not a actually food.

    But I really liked it,
    Keep up the great work!
    KInd regards- Grace
